Returns and exchanges
You can exchange or return any piece that you have purchased in our online store, except those that we have customized for you.
Below, we indicate the conditions for exchanges or returns:
- Return or exchange period: 30 days from the moment of purchase on our website.
- The pieces must be in perfect condition and with the Tralará packaging.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges of jewelry that we have customized exclusively for you.
- The refund in case of returns will be made within 7 days after receiving the products. Shipping costs, if any, will be deducted.
- The return or exchange shipment will be charged to the customer.
- To make changes, you can tell us the new product you want and we will adjust the price if it is an article of a different amount.
- Returns and exchanges must be managed through our returns and exchanges form.
